Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani chaired a meeting of the Electricity Sector Team to follow up on the measures taken regarding the 2025 Summer Plan, collection procedures, and electronic transformation in the sector’s branches.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting focused on assessing the progress and effectiveness of the strategies implemented for the upcoming 2025 summer season. The discussions aimed to ensure that the electricity sector is well-prepared to meet the demands and challenges anticipated during the peak summer months.

The meeting also addressed the sector’s ongoing efforts towards modernizing its operations through electronic transformation.
