Gaza City: The death toll from the Zionist entity’s aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 50,021, with 113,274 individuals wounded.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Health in Gaza reported on Sunday that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 41 martyrs over the past 24 hours, including two individuals who were pulled from under the rubble. Additionally, 61 people were reported injured during this period.
The Ministry further stated that since the occupation resumed its raids on the Gaza Strip last Tuesday, the number of martyrs has reached 673, with 1,233 wounded. Moreover, 233 martyrs have been added to the cumulative tally of martyrs, with their data completed and approved by the Judicial Committee following up on the file of reports and missing persons.
The Ministry indicated that a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, inaccessible to ambulance and civil defense crews. The Zionist entity resumed its aggression on the Gaza Strip at dawn last Tuesday, after a two-month pause under a ceasefire agreement that went into effect on January 19. However, the occupation has violated the terms of the ceasefire throughout the two months, continuing its bombing of various areas of the Gaza Strip, resulting in casualties and injuries. It has also refused to implement the humanitarian protocol, exacerbating the stifling blockade on the Strip, which is experiencing an unprecedented humanitarian crisis.
