Diyala: The Diyala Police Command has announced the seizure of six trucks violating the law. The Command stated in a statement that five trucks carrying cages of live chickens with forged veterinary inspection certificates were on their way to be smuggled. Necessary legal measures were taken against the violators, and the seized trucks and materials were handed over to the competent authority for further investigation.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the statement added that a security detachment from the Diyala Police seized a truck loaded with frozen chicken on the Jalawla-Khanaqin road, northeast of Baqubah, without proper approvals, health certificates, or customs clearance.
