Hillah: Organized Crime Control Units in Babil have arrested ten foreigners without a residence permit at a beauty center located on 60th Street. The individuals were allegedly working without proper documentation and engaging in procedures beyond their expertise.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Colonel Yasser Salim, Director of the Organized Crime Control Directorate, revealed that the beauty center’s employees were conducting cosmetic surgeries and hair transplants without medical expertise. This practice has reportedly endangered the lives of women seeking services at the facility.

The operation followed a complaint from a citizen who experienced a failed hair transplant at the center, prompting authorities to take action against the unqualified personnel.
