London: Minister of Interior Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, along with his delegation, engaged with members of the Iraqi community residing in London. This interaction occurred in the presence of the Iraqi Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Jaafar Mohammed Baqir Al-Sadr.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, this meeting was part of the Minister’s official visit to the United Kingdom, aimed at enhancing bilateral relations, particularly in the security sector. The Ministry of Interior stated that Al-Shammari took the opportunity to listen to the community’s needs and engaged in discussions to understand their circumstances and address any obstacles they face, particularly those related to the Civil Status, Passports, and Residence Directorate. Significant advancements have been made in these areas by the Iraqi Ministry of Interior.
