Baghdad: National Security Advisor Qassim al-Araji discussed the situation in the region with Sheikh Mohammad Mohammadi Kalpikani, Director of the Office of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ali Khamenei.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, al-Araji stated in a post on the X website that the meeting highlighted the importance of continuing cooperation between Iraq and Iran at all levels. The discussions also focused on the need to develop bilateral relations to enhance the security and stability of both nations and the broader region.
