Russian Defense Ministry Announces Control of a New Town in Eastern Ukraine

Moscow: The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Wednesday that its forces had taken control of a new town in eastern Ukraine, killing 150 Ukrainian soldiers.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the ministry stated in a statement that units from the Southern Group had taken control of the town of Kalinovo in the Donetsk region.

It indicated that units from other forces targeted Ukrainian armed forces in the Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Sumy, and Luhansk regions, resulting in the loss of 150 Ukrainian soldiers and a number of armored and engineering vehicles.
