Baghdad: President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, received former Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi to discuss the political and economic situation in the country and challenges facing the democratic process.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a presidential statement highlighted that both leaders emphasized the importance of supporting state institutions and enhancing political stability. This support is deemed essential to ensure the provision of services and meet the aspirations of the citizens.
