Israeli Army Targets Over 45 Sites in Gaza Strip


Gaza: The Israeli army launched attacks on more than 45 targets in the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours. The Israeli army announced today, Wednesday, that its forces have penetrated deep into Tel al-Sultan in Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Israeli army stated that the air force attacked 45 targets in Gaza in the past 24 hours, emphasizing that the army forces are continuing the ground operation in the Strip, destroying infrastructure and eliminating militants.



The statement added that tunnel openings were found in the Tel al-Sultan area of Rafah, and infrastructure in the area was destroyed. It continued, mentioning that forces from the 36th Division continue to operate in the Rafah area and along the Morag axis, in an area where the IDF has not operated in the past.



The Israeli army confirmed that the air force targeted a weapons production site, a launch site containing rockets ready to be launched towards Israel, military buildings, weapons depots, and armed cells.
