Rafah: Hamas confirmed that what is happening in Rafah constitutes ethnic cleansing amid international complicity. The Movement added in a statement that the bombing of homes and the destruction of infrastructure in Rafah marks a dangerous escalation in the war against Palestinians.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Hamas explained that these actions are attempts to impose military achievements by committing war crimes and violating international law. The organization stressed that Netanyahu’s announcement of the “Philadelphi Corridor 2” is an effort to completely isolate Gaza from its Arab context.

Hamas indicated that regional and international silence has emboldened the occupation to implement policies of forced displacement and ethnic cleansing. The group called on Arab communities and the global community to take action and apply pressure to halt the aggression and end the crimes against Palestinians.
