Amman: Health Minister Saleh al-Hasnawi discussed with his Jordanian counterpart, Firas al-Hawari, on Thursday, relations between Iraq and Jordan in the health sector and bilateral cooperation.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement by the Jordanian Ministry of Health stated that “Health Minister Firas al-Hawari received Health Minister Saleh al-Hasnawi, who is visiting the Kingdom to participate in the meetings of the Supreme Council of the Arab Council for Health Specializations, which will be held tomorrow, Friday, in the capital, Amman.”

The statement added that “the two sides discussed Jordanian-Iraqi relations in the health sector and emphasized the depth and strength of these relations, which serve the interests of the two brotherly peoples.”
