Basra: Basra Governor Asaad Al-Eidani received the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Mohammed Al-Hassan, and his accompanying delegation on an official visit to the governorate.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the visit aimed to discuss various matters of cooperation between the United Nations and the local government in Basra. The meeting provided an opportunity for both parties to exchange views on ongoing projects and potential areas of collaboration to support the development of the region.
