Baghdad: Deputy Speaker of Parliament Shakhwan Abdullah Ahmed held discussions in his official office in Baghdad with Elizabeth Trudeau, Deputy Chief of Mission at the US Embassy, and Chris Torres, Head of the Political Section at the Embassy, focusing on the development of bilateral relations between the two countries.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting also covered developments in the region, political events, and ongoing efforts to enhance stability and confront current challenges.
