Amerli: Forces from the 52nd Brigade, within the North and East Tigris Operations Sector of the Popular Mobilization Forces, carried out a comprehensive search operation in various areas east of Salah al-Din Governorate, with the aim of pursuing suspicious elements and enhancing security.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Popular Mobilization Forces Authority stated that the operation involved multiple divisions of the brigade and focused on the vicinity of Lake Amerli, including the villages of Thuailab and Albu Akfa. The operation entailed a thorough combing of agricultural lands, roads, and vital passages.

The statement further explained that this operation is part of a broader strategy to fortify the regions and restore normalcy in coordination with security formations already deployed in the sector.
