Muscat: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi and US Special Envoy Steven Witkoff, leading their respective official delegations, arrived in the Omani capital, Muscat, to engage in negotiations between the Iranian and US sides.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the delegations landed in Muscat on Saturday morning. The talks are anticipated to focus on enhancing diplomatic relations and addressing key issues of mutual interest between the two nations. This meeting marks a significant step in the ongoing dialogue between Iran and the United States, with Oman serving as a neutral ground for these discussions.
