Al-Qassam Brigades Lose Contact with Group Holding Soldier Idan Alexander

Gaza City: Al-Qassam Brigades Spokesman Abu Obeida announced that they “lost contact with the group capturing soldier Idan Alexander after a direct bombardment targeting their location, and that they are trying to reach them.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, in tweets posted on his Telegram page, Abu Obeida said: “Our assessment is that the occupation army is deliberately trying to relieve the pressure of the dual-citizen prisoners’ file with the aim of continuing its war of extermination against our people.”

These developments come after Al-Qassam Brigades broadcast a video message last Saturday from Israeli-American captive Alexander Idan, in which he strongly criticized Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, describing him as a “dictator.”
