Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman announced today the postponement of the next round of nuclear talks between the United States and Iran due to logistical reasons. The talks were initially scheduled to take place on Saturday.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Omani Foreign Minister Badr Al-Busaidi shared the update in a post on the X platform, indicating that new dates for the talks will be announced once both parties reach an agreement. The minister emphasized the ongoing efforts to reschedule the meeting initially planned for May 3.

The third round of indirect discussions between Iran and the United States concluded in Muscat, the capital of Oman, on April 26, with the next session now awaiting rescheduling.
