London: Gas prices in Europe witnessed a rise after China announced it was studying the possibility of conducting trade talks with the United States, which led to momentum in global markets. Dutch futures contracts, the European gas price benchmark, rose by 2.12%, recording weekly gains of 1.2% after volatile trading.
