Baghdad: President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, and the Secretary-General of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq Movement, Sheikh Qais Al-Khazali, have highlighted the importance of fortifying national unity and the solidarity of political forces to advance Iraq’s supreme interests.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Sheikh Qais Al-Khazali received President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid at his office. During their meeting, they discussed the pressing challenges facing Iraq. Both leaders reiterated the need to strengthen national unity and political solidarity as a means to achieve the country’s overarching goals.

Sheikh Al-Khazali acknowledged the President’s role in guiding the political process towards enhancing national consensus. He emphasized the critical need for ongoing dialogue among all parties to serve Iraq’s supreme interests. In response, President Rashid praised Sheikh Al-Khazali’s contributions and his support for national issues, underscoring the importance of unified efforts to build a prosperous future for Iraq.
