Tehran: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi confirmed that Tehran will not make concessions on the issue of uranium enrichment, but it could threaten the level of confidence-building between it and the United States. Araqchi stated, “We will not make concessions on the issue of uranium enrichment, but we may adjust the level of confidence-building with the United States.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Araqchi’s statement came following the conclusion of the fourth round of Iranian-American talks. These negotiations took place on Sunday, a month after the start of the dialogue on the Iranian nuclear program, following a two-week hiatus, the longest interruption in these consultations, which are organized sequentially by the Sultanate of Oman.

The next round of US-Iranian talks is scheduled to be held in about a week, as both nations continue to navigate the complexities of the nuclear program discussions.
