Baghdad: A man was killed in an armed attack in central Hillah, the capital of Babylon Governorate. A security source said: “Unknown gunmen opened fire with small arms on a man in his thirties on 80th Street in central Hillah, killing him instantly.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the police transferred the body to the forensic medicine department and began a search for the perpetrators.
