Khanaqin: Civil defense teams swiftly extinguished two fires that erupted in Khanaqin District, Diyala Governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the fires occurred in the courtyard of the Al-Mundhiriyah border crossing with Iran, located on the outskirts of Khanaqin, northeast of Baqubah, and in the Bakhtiari area within the city.

A police source informed the agency’s correspondent that the civil defense teams acted promptly to prevent the fires from spreading and successfully extinguished them in record time. The quick response ensured that the incident did not result in significant human or material damage.
