Baghdad: Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Somalia, Abdisalam Abdi Ali, arrived in Baghdad and was received at the airport by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Administrative and Technical Affairs, Ahmed Nayef Al-Dulaimi. The Somali Minister is participating in the Arab Foreign Ministers’ meeting, which is being held in preparation for the Arab Summit scheduled for next Saturday in the capital, Baghdad.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Dulaimi welcomed the Somali guest, stressing the depth of the fraternal relations between the Republic of Iraq and the Republic of Somalia, and the importance of strengthening joint Arab coordination in light of the challenges facing the region.
