President of the Arab Tourism Organization Arrives in Baghdad for Arab Summit


Baghdad: President of the Arab Tourism Organization, Bandar bin Fahd Al-Fahid, arrived in Baghdad to participate in the Arab Summit.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Tourism Authority stated in a statement that the Director General of Tourism Facilities, Jabbar Al-Gharibawi, and Director of the International Relations Department, Ali Yassin, received Al-Fahid. His visit is part of the Tourism Authority’s contribution to the success of the 34th Arab Summit and the fifth session of the Economic Development Summit.

The statement further highlighted the visit’s significance, emphasizing the importance of Arab cooperation in the tourism sector. The visit aims to enhance the role played by the Authority in supporting efforts aimed at developing Arab tourism and raising the level of coordination between tourism institutions in member states.
