Baghdad: The President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, has commended the successful hosting of the Arab Summit in Baghdad, emphasizing Iraq's commitment to reclaiming its influential position in the regional landscape. Rashid viewed the participation of Arab leaders as a testament to Iraq's determination to reassert its pivotal role.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Rashid expressed his views on social media, stating, "Our capital, Baghdad, successfully hosted the Arab Summit and its distinguished guests, including leaders, heads of delegations, and heads of participating delegations, in a move that confirms Iraq's determination to play its vital role in the region."

Rashid further elaborated on Iraq's foreign policy, which focuses on establishing security, stability, and peace. He highlighted the importance of cooperation among countries to foster economic, trade, and cultural relations that benefit the region's populations, who have endured significant hardships and have high expectations for the future.
