Suspect Arrested in Connection to Murder and Tribal Disputes in Baghdad


Baghdad: A suspect involved in a murder case and linked to “tribal attacks and disputes” has been apprehended in the Rusafa area. The Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency successfully captured the individual, who is wanted under Article 406 of the Criminal Code.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the arrest was part of a strategic operation conducted by the Intelligence Falcons Cell. The suspect, also sought by multiple security agencies, was found in possession of weapons and hand grenades during the raid in Baghdad Governorate/Rusafa. The operation highlights ongoing efforts to address tribal conflicts and criminal activities in the region.
