Muscat: The Chief Justice of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Dr. Faiq Zidan, arrived in the Sultanate of Oman today at the head of a high-level judicial delegation.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Chief Justice is visiting the Sultanate of Oman at the invitation of the Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Sultanate of Oman, Mohammed bin Sultan Al Busaidi. The visit aims to discuss ways of cooperation in the judicial field between the two countries.

The delegation was welcomed by the Secretary-General of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Sultanate of Oman, Issa bin Hamad Al-Azri, alongside a number of judges in the Sultanate of Oman. The Iraqi Ambassador to Muscat, Qais Al-Amri, and the diplomatic staff of the Embassy were also present to receive the delegation.
