Tehran: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi emphasized that any attempt by America to halt Iran’s uranium enrichment program would result in the collapse of nuclear agreement negotiations. In a recent press statement, Araghchi highlighted that such demands would be unacceptable to Iran.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Araghchi dismissed Israeli threats to target Iran’s nuclear facilities if negotiations fail, labeling them as laughable. He noted that while consultations between the United States and Israel are ongoing, Tehran views these interactions as interconnected rather than separate events.

Araghchi further stated that although Tehran possesses the capability to manufacture nuclear weapons, it has no intention of doing so. He underscored that a major obstacle to reaching an agreement is the United States’ refusal to acknowledge Iran’s right to enrich uranium. Additionally, Araghchi pointed out that significant differences persist in the indirect talks with the United States.
