Basra: The Iraqi Drilling Company engaged in discussions aimed at enhancing cooperation with Darlamek, focusing on equipment and machinery.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the discussions took place during a meeting attended by the company’s general manager, Hassan Mohammed Hassan, and representatives from Darlamek, a company specializing in the manufacture of drilling and reclamation equipment. The meeting, held at the company’s headquarters in Basra, centered on exploring prospects for joint cooperation, with an emphasis on providing spare parts and expediting their supply to ensure the continuity of drilling equipment and field maintenance.

The meeting also covered methods to improve equipment performance through software maintenance. The parties looked into leveraging the expertise of Darlamek’s Italian engineers in updating operational systems and enhancing technical performance efficiency, given Darlamek’s role as the manufacturer of the drilling towers.
