Baghdad: The Iraqi Hajj Mission announced the successful completion of dispatching all Iraqi pilgrims to the Holy Land. The final group of pilgrims arrived on Wednesday evening, with the last flight departing from Baghdad International Airport and landing at Jeddah International Airport.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the mission expressed gratitude for the cooperative efforts of supporting authorities and the effective implementation of their plans, which ensured the smooth dispatch of pilgrims without any significant incidents. The transportation of pilgrims was conducted via air, in collaboration with Iraqi Airways and the Iraqi and Saudi civil aviation authorities, from six key Iraqi airports: Baghdad, Najaf, Basra, Kirkuk, Erbil, and Sulaymaniyah. The pilgrims were flown to the airports of Medina and Jeddah.

Additionally, the mission successfully completed the dispatch of all land pilgrims last Saturday, May 24, through the Arar border crossing, ensuring their safe arrival to the Holy Land.
