Moscow: National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Araji met with the Sultanate of Oman’s delegation in Moscow, as part of the international meeting of senior officials responsible for security issues. The Omani delegation was led by Idris Abdul Rahman Al-Kindi, Secretary-General of the Omani National Security Council.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting focused on reviewing bilateral relations between Iraq and Oman, emphasizing continued cooperation in security, investment, and shared interests. The Omani delegation expressed its willingness to collaborate with Iraq across various sectors and highlighted Iraq’s significant role in enhancing regional security and stability.

During the meeting, Al-Araji extended an official invitation to Al-Kindi to visit Iraq, which was positively received by the Omani side, indicating a mutual interest in strengthening ties between the two nations.
