Dollar Exchange Rate Declines in Baghdad and Erbil Markets


Baghdad: The dollar exchange rate declined in Baghdad’s markets today with the closing of the stock exchange. The dollar exchange rate fell on Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya stock exchanges, reaching 142,250 dinars per $100, after recording 142,500 dinars earlier in the day.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the exchange rate also declined in exchange shops in local markets in Baghdad, with the selling price reaching 143,250 dinars per $100, while the buying price reached 141,250 dinars.



In Erbil, the exchange rate recorded a similar decline, with the selling price reaching 142,050 dinars per $100, while the buying price reached 141,950 dinars.
