Moscow: The National Security Advisor of Iraq, Qassim Al-Araji, engaged in discussions with Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Misnad, the Advisor to the Emir of Qatar for National Security, focusing on the ongoing cooperation between the two nations to enhance security and stability, as well as addressing common issues and files.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting occurred in Moscow during the 13th International Meeting of Senior Officials Responsible for Security Issues. The discussions underscored the importance of strengthening fraternal relations and developing strategies to tackle regional challenges.

Al-Araji and Al-Misnad reviewed the current situation affecting the region and reiterated their commitment to working collaboratively on enhancing security and stability. Al-Misnad acknowledged Iraq’s pivotal role in the region, highlighting its position as a balancing factor on both regional and international fronts.
