Tehran: The Iranian National Security Council issued a statement on Friday addressing those collaborating with Israel, confirming that it will give them until the end of Sunday, June 22, to surrender their drones in exchange for amnesty.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the General Secretariat of the Supreme National Security Council announced in a statement: “All those who were deceived by the Zionist entity-whether consciously or unconsciously, and for whatever motive-who believed their cooperation was simple and principled, without any intention of betrayal or collusion with the enemy under wartime conditions-are given a deadline until the end of Sunday, the first of Tir 1404 (corresponding to June 22, 2025) to surrender to the Intelligence Service of the Ministry of Intelligence, the Intelligence Service of the Revolutionary Guards, a police station, or a Basij headquarters. They will surrender their small drones, equipment, and weapons in their possession, in order to benefit from the Islamic amnesty and return to the people.”

The statement added: “After this deadline expires, anyone arrested in possession of drones, equipment, weapons, or any other tools for espionage or military purposes will be considered a ‘fifth column’ and a collaborator with a hostile state in times of war, and will be dealt with immediately and subjected to the harshest penalties.”

This comes after Iran recently witnessed cases of unidentified drone infiltration, some of which targeted vital facilities such as the Natanz nuclear facility and military bases in Isfahan and Tehran. This prompted Iranian intelligence agencies to strengthen air surveillance and cybersecurity measures related to remote control.

Iranian security authorities have worked to dismantle networks linked to the Israeli Mossad and have arrested and engaged with Israeli agents in various regions.
