Gaza: The death toll from the ongoing Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen dramatically to 59,587 martyrs, with 143,498 individuals reported wounded.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Health in Gaza reported on Thursday that hospitals in the region received 89 martyrs over the past 24 hours alone, including 10 bodies that were recovered from beneath the rubble, alongside 453 injured individuals. The ministry noted that there are still numerous victims trapped under the rubble, whom ambulance and civil defense crews have been unable to reach.
The report highlighted that since the Zionist entity's violation of the ceasefire agreement on March 18, the number of martyrs and injuries has increased significantly, with the figures now standing at 8,447 martyrs and 31,457 injured. It further indicated that the number of aid victims who arrived at hospitals reached 23 martyrs and more than 68 injured over the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of livelihood victims who have arrived at hospitals to 1,083 martyrs and 7,275 injured.
The Zionist entity resumed its aggression on Gaza after violating the ceasefire agreement on March 18, following a two-month hiatus. The aggression has targeted various areas of the Gaza Strip, leading to an unprecedented humanitarian tragedy in the region.
