Gaza: The Palestinian Football Association announced today, Thursday, the martyrdom of two Palestinian players, as a result of Israeli forces' shelling of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the Gaza Strip.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Palestinian Football Association stated on its Facebook account that Ahmed Ali Salah, a player from Al-Khader Professional Academy, was martyred after being shot by the occupation forces. Imad Hawajri, a player from Al-Ribat Club, was also martyred as a result of Israeli shelling that targeted the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian Football Association highlighted in a statement yesterday, Wednesday, that during the 656 days of war, Israel has killed over 807 members of the sports and scouting movements in Palestine, citing a flagrant violation of all international humanitarian and sports laws.
