Maysan: Security forces in Maysan arrested six suspects in a murder case north of the province. A statement from Maysan Police Command stated: “A security force carried out a pursuit of the wanted individuals, resulting in an armed clash with a group of suspects, leading to the arrest of six of them and the injury and then the martyrdom of a Federal Police officer.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the statement added: “The force was reinforced with additional units, and the area was surrounded, closing all entrances and exits, with the aim of arresting the other suspects and bringing them to justice.”
