Hillah: The River Police of the Babylon Police Command have recovered the body of a child from the Euphrates River south of Hillah, the center of Babylon Governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Babylon Police Media Director Major General Adel Al-Husseini stated that a ten-year-old boy drowned while swimming in the Euphrates River, which flows through Al-Hashimiyah District. His body was found after hours of searching and subsequently transferred to the forensic medicine department.
