Baghdad: The Council of Ministers has decided to advance its upcoming session by two days, scheduling it for Sunday, August 10, instead of the initially planned Tuesday, August 12. This change aims to allow ministries more time to enhance services for visitors and contribute to the successful organization of the Arbaeen pilgrimage.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, this adjustment in the schedule reflects the government’s commitment to ensuring that all necessary measures are in place to accommodate the influx of pilgrims during the significant religious event. By moving the session to an earlier date, ministries are expected to have better coordination and preparedness in managing the increased demands and logistical challenges associated with the pilgrimage.
