Basra: Iraqi and Arab medical and social circles are eagerly awaiting the release of the forensic report on the death of Ban Ziad, a prominent psychiatrist from Basra. The findings, which are highly anticipated, will be announced on Sunday morning in the presence of key local officials, including the Basra Governor, the Police Chief, the Director of Basra Health Department, and the head of the Doctors' Syndicate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani has been closely monitoring the investigation since the incident occurred on August 4. The Prime Minister has coordinated efforts with the judiciary and the Ministry of Interior, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the investigation's integrity and preventing any political exploitation.

The untimely death of Ban Ziad has sent shockwaves through the medical community and the general public, given the mysterious circumstances surrounding it. Initial reports from security sources suggested that the incident might have been a suicide.
