Baghdad: The Police Command of Dhi Qar Governorate announced on Saturday the arrest of a suspect wanted under Article 4 of the Anti-Terrorism Law.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, an intelligence cell from the 3rd Dhi Qar Emergency Police Regiment, acting on precise information and under the directives of Police Chief Major General Najah Yasser Kazem Al-Abed, managed to apprehend the suspect residing in Suq Al-Shuyukh District, who is wanted under Article 4 of the Anti-Terrorism Law.

The statement added that the suspect has been referred to the competent authorities to complete the legal procedures against him according to the law.
