Baghdad: Parliament Speaker Mahmoud Al-Mashhadani has condemned the Zionist aggression against Qatar, describing it as a “flagrant violation of international law.” Al-Mashhadani emphasized the severity of the Zionist actions as a blatant attack on an Arab nation that has been a steadfast supporter of regional and international issues, particularly the Palestinian cause.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Mashhadani expressed his unwavering solidarity with Qatar, extending his support to its leadership, government, and citizens. He urged the international community to take responsibility and act to end these recurring assaults that pose a threat to regional security and stability.

The Speaker of the House of Representatives reiterated that Qatar’s commendable support for Arab and Islamic peoples remains steadfast despite these attacks. He highlighted the importance of unity among Arab and Islamic nations as the most effective response to the occupation’s aggressive policies.
