Baghdad: The Presidency of the Republic has issued a strong condemnation of the recent targeting of Hamas leaders in Qatar, labeling it a brutal aggression and a serious threat to the security of the region.

The statement highlighted that this action constitutes a clear breach of international laws and United Nations conventions, violating the sovereignty of Qatar and threatening regional stability.

The statement further emphasized Iraq’s unwavering support for Qatar and reiterated its commitment to backing the Palestinian people in their quest to achieve full rights.
