Baghdad: Qatar announced the suspension of mediation in the ceasefire negotiations in the Gaza Strip between Israel and Hamas following an Israeli bombing targeting the movement’s headquarters in Doha.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Qatari Foreign Ministry condemned the Israeli attack on the headquarters of Hamas leaders in Doha.

It described the Israeli attack as a criminal assault that constitutes a flagrant violation of all international laws and norms and a serious threat to the security and safety of Qataris and residents of Qatar.
