Baghdad: Head of the Progress Party, Mohammed al-Halbousi, received the new Charg© d’Affaires of the United States Embassy in Iraq, Joshua Harris, on Sunday.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting addressed the political situation in the country, the upcoming parliamentary elections, as well as international developments and their repercussions for the region.
