Gaza: The “Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades,” the military wing of Hamas, has issued a stern warning, declaring that “Gaza will be a graveyard for Israeli soldiers.” The statement highlights the group’s preparedness with an army of martyrs, along with thousands of ambushes and explosive devices aimed at resisting Israeli forces.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Al-Qassam Brigades’ military statement was directed at the Israeli political and military leadership, emphasizing that Gaza will not fall easily to what they described as a “terrifying army.” The group expressed no fear of Israeli forces and warned of their readiness to send Israeli soldiers “to hell.”

The statement further elaborated on the anticipated “harsh war of attrition” that the Israeli forces are likely to encounter in Gaza. It mentioned the placement of explosive devices inside the cabins of Israeli military vehicles as part of their strategy. The statement also highlighted that Israeli bulldozers are considered prime targets, potentially increasing the number of Israeli prisoners. The group indicated that Israeli prisoners are scattered across Gaza City’s neighborhoods, and their safety would not be prioritized by the Qassam Brigades, as long as Israeli leadership continues its aggressive tactics.

The Israeli army has confirmed the deaths of four captives, including one major and three lieutenants, amidst the ongoing conflict.
