Diyala: The head of the National State Forces Alliance, Ammar al-Hakim, met with Diyala Governor Adnan Mohammed Abbas al-Shammari to discuss strategies for enhancing security and services in the region.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting took place at the governorate building where al-Shammari welcomed al-Hakim and his delegation. The discussions centered on the overall situation in Diyala, focusing on the local government’s initiatives to boost security and stability while supporting service and development projects. Both leaders highlighted the need for collective efforts to benefit the residents of Diyala and improve the economic and service sectors.

During the meeting, al-Hakim acknowledged the local government’s contribution to executing strategic projects and enhancing services. He commended the governor for actively monitoring projects and engaging with citizens to understand their needs. In response, Governor al-Shammari expressed gratitude for al-Hakim’s visit and emphasized that collaboration and dialogue among national leaders are crucial for maintaining stability and promoting reconstruction and development in the governorate.
