Baghdad: The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that its air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 38 Ukrainian drones over Belgorod, Voronezh, and Crimea overnight. The Ministry reported that 34 of these drones were downed over the Belgorod region, while four were intercepted over the Voronezh region and Crimea.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry’s statement highlighted that the drones were destroyed on Friday between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM Moscow time. The operation was carried out by operational air defense systems aimed at countering the aerial threat posed by the drones.
