Baghdad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein confirmed that he will discuss with his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan, today in Baghdad ways to manage water resources and regulate their use in a manner that serves the interests of both countries.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Hussein stated in a post on the (X) platform, “I will receive Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in Baghdad today, and we will discuss a number of issues of common interest, most importantly ways to manage water resources and regulate their use in a way that serves the interests of both countries.”
He further mentioned that discussions will also cover the current situation in the region.
