Baghdad: Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, currently visiting Iraq, met with the head of the Iraqi Turkmen Front and leader of the United Iraqi Turkmen Front list, Mohammed Saman Agha. During the meeting, they discussed political and economic issues related to Turkmen affairs and bilateral relations. Fidan emphasized that the Turkmen represent a vital bridge between Baghdad and Ankara, reiterating Turkey’s full support for them.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Agha expressed his appreciation for Ankara’s supportive stance towards the Turkmen, affirming their continued national role as a bridge of communication that strengthens Iraq’s unity and stability.
